Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We typically ask for 30–50% upfront before work begins, with the remainder on delivery. Payment terms are always agreed before the project starts.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

Scope changes are handled via a simple change request process. We'll quote the additional work and you decide whether to proceed — no surprises.

Who owns the code after delivery?

You do. Full IP transfer on final payment. We don't retain licenses or access to production systems unless you want ongoing support.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. After launch, we offer monthly retainer packages for hosting management, updates, bug fixes, and new features.

Do you work with clients outside Romania?

Absolutely. We work with clients across the EU and beyond. All communication is in English or Romanian, and we're comfortable with remote collaboration.
